2026 JSSC Registration
This registration form DOES NOT replace signing up for swim team via the Google Form. This is an additional step. While the Google Form registers your swimmer/s through HCC, this form is for JSSC (Jefferson Shelby Swim Council).
Instead of a paper copy like we have done in the past, this is a digital form that you fill out instead.
A $15 fee is required for EACH swimmer. This has to be paid with a credit card, we cannot charge your club number. This fee is not included in the price of swim team (the price of swim team is charged to your club number, which was collected via HCC registration). This is just a one-time a summer fee per swimmer- only collected once a summer.
